CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA PARTICIPATED IN AIRTEL DELHI HALF MARATHON 2011


Central Bank of India, as a part of Centenary Celebrations, celebrating indomitable spirit of India for 100 years participated in the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon under “Corporate Challenge” category in which 25 staff members from Delhi Zone participated in the 6Kms run.

The team was led by Shri M V Tanksale, Chairman & Managing Director, Shri R K Dubey Executive Director, and Shri B N S Ratnakar, General Manager. The theme of our bank’s participation was “Centenary Celebrations”. Banners depicting pictures of our Bank’s 100th year Stamp Release, Shri R K Laxman’s Cartoon of AamAadmi celebrating our Bank’s 100th year, etc. were displayed during the event. Our presence in the Great Delhi Run was attracting the attention of everyone. We also distributed our T-Shirts and Caps bearing our Bank’s Logo to other participants. The team of Centralites completed the 6 Kms run with full enthusiasm.
