TO ALL AFFILIATES /MEMBERS:

TAX ON PERQUISITE VALUE OF ACCOMMODATION W.P. NO.14126 OF 2008

We refer to our Circular No. 21 dated 08th March, 2011 and further state as under:

We have to advise that the injunction granted in the captioned writ petition in the matter of perquisite valuation of rent free accommodation under Income Tax  is still in force, as advised by our advocate M/s HSB partners of Chennai; vide their letter dated 6th March, 2012. Copy of the said letter is enclosed.

Please be guided accordingly.
