AIBOC issued its circular No. 22 dated 17.02.2012 on foundation conference of All India Banks Pensioners’/Retirees’ Confederation to be held at Nagpur on 17th March 2012. We are placing the same here for our readers.

FOUNDATION CONFERENCE

ALL INDIA BANKS PENSIONERS’/RETIREES’ CONFEDERATION AT NAGPUR, ON 17TH MARCH, 2012 - PREPARATIONS ARE ON FULL SWING

           

The Maharashtra State Unit-II at Nagpur is in full swing to make the Foundation Conference of our Pensioners’/Retirees’ Confederation a grand success. We have been receiving enquiries from various organizations/associations as to the details in regard to the participation in the Foundation Conference. A detailed communication has already been issued, in this regard.

The affiliates are requested to forward the details of their participation and itinerary at the earliest to enable our Maharashtra State Unit – II in Nagpur to make necessary arrangements.

The details of the programme and other arrangements are as under:

Venue	Gurunanak Sabhagraha University Campus Ambazari Road Nagpur – 400 030
Date & Time	17th March, 2012 at 2:30 p.m onwards
Place of Accommodation	MLA Hostel: Applied for booking of 140 rooms. Confirmation expected shortly
For Transportation	Arrangements will be made after getting expected no. of participants
Room Tariff	Approximately,Rs.500/-per room on twin sharing basis
Conveyance	Conveyance will be provided from the hostel to the conference hall on 17.03.2012

We once again request all our affiliates to advise their Pensioners’/Retirees’ organizations to forward the necessary particulars called for to the following address, to enable them to go ahead with the preparations and make the programme a grand success.

In the meanwhile, a meeting of the senior Office-Bearers of the Confederation is convened at Bangalore to finalise the modalities for the formation of the Confederation on 22.02.2012. The meeting will also look into the by-laws and other resolutions that are to be moved in the Conference for securing the welfare of the Pensioners’/Retirees’ in the Banking Industry.
