AIBOC CIRCULAR NO. 24 DATED 23.02.2012

AIBOC issued its circular No. 24 dated 23.02.2012 on foundation conference of All India Banks’ Pensioners’ and Retirees Confederation. We are placing the same here for our readers.

CIRCULAR NO.24                                                         23.02.2012

TO ALL AFFILIATES/MEMBERS:

FOUNDATION CONFERENCE OF ALL INDIA BANKS’ PENSIONERS’ AND RETIREES CONFEDERATION

Please refer to our Circular No. 22 dated 17.02.2012.

In view of the suggestions received from our affiliates, it has been decided to pre-pone and commence the inaugural session of the “All India Banks’ Pensioners’ and Retirees’ Confederation”, on Saturday the 17th March, 2012 at 11:30 a.m instead of 2:30 p.m. The ‘Business Session’ will be followed by the ‘Inaugural Session’, after lunch. The by-laws, policy resolutions and any other resolutions will be adopted in the ‘Business Session’. The election to the Office-Bearers will be held, thereafter.

Keeping in view of the financial position of the Pensioners’/Retirees’ Associations, it has now been decided to reduce the delegate/observer fees from Rs. 500/- to Rs. 300/- per person.

The special Executive Committee meeting of the AIBOC will be held at 9:30 a.m on 17th March 2012, at the same venue, to commemorate the Foundation Conference. Our leaders and E.C.Members from all affiliates will grace the conference. The notice for Special Executive Committee will be sent separately.

We are receiving delegate/observer lists from the Pensioners’ Associations and those who are yet to sponsor their delegates/observers may do so, at the earliest to enable us to make necessary arrangements at Nagpur, for their comfortable stay.

With greetings,
Sd/-
(G.D. NADAF)
GENERAL SECRETARY
