AIBOC issued its circular No. 15 dated 04.02.2012 on foundation conference of All India Banks’ Pensioners’/Retirees’ Confederation on 17th March, 2012 at Nagpur. We are placing the same here for our readers.

FOUNDATION CONFERENCE OF ALL INDIA BANKS’ PENSIONERS’/RETIREES’ CONFEDERATION ON 17TH MARCH, 2012 AT NAGPUR

Preparations are on for the conduct of Foundation Conference of   ALL INDIA BANKS’ PENSIONERS’/RETIREES’ CONFEDERATION on 17th March, 2012 at 10.00 a.m at Nagpur.

We are happy to inform our members that, there has been a overwhelming support and encouragement from all our affiliates/state units, about our initiative to mobilise all Bank Pensioners/Retirees all over the country under the banner of AIBOC.  The Maharashtra State Unit II and the members from our Nagpur Center are taking all the care and trouble, to ensure successful conduct of the conference befitting the stature of the Confederation.

We are taking necessary steps to prepare the draft ‘By-Laws’ to be approved in the foundation conference and also to set up the Team of Office-Bearers to take up this tremendous task of consolidating our Pensioners/Retirees all over the country. Please therefore, furnish us the following details on priority basis on or before 15th of February, 2012 to enable us to forward the same to our representatives at Nagpur for their guidance and preparation.

a)                  Name of the organisation/Association that will participate from your Bank in the Conference.

b)                  The number of delegates shall be on the basis of One delegate for every 200 members with a minimum of 2.

c)                  The affiliates also may bring observers equal to the number of delegates.

d)                 The fee shall be at Rs.500/- per delegate/observer.

e)                  The details should be accompanied by remittance in favour of All India Bank Officers’ Confederation, Bangalore.

f)                   The participants should make their own arrangements for travel to the center and back.

g)                  Our host unit, Nagpur will make necessary arrangements for your stay at Nagpur. The details of the charges etc., will be advised in due course. The same will have to be borne by the respective participants.

h)                  Kindly fill in the enclosed format and retransmit the same to us immediately.

All our affiliates are requested to extend full co-operation. The affiliates are also requested to contact us for any details, if required, and respond to our communication without further delay.

We will advise you further details in due course.
