UNION BANK IN TALKS WITH INDONESIAN BANKS FOR ACQUISITION

Mr. M.V. Nair, Chairman and Managing Director, Union Bank of India said that the bank has initiated talks for possible acquisition of a small sized bank in Indonesia and shortlisted a few banks there. Union Bank also plans to open a representative office in London in the near future.
