An online initiative by HDFC Bank helps devotees and pilgrims reach out to their favourite deities. HDFC Bank's ‘e-Darshan' initiative caters to devotees of many religious faiths and also enables online donations. As part of the initiative, which is nearly two-and-half years old, the bank has tied up with thirty-seven religious places, including temples, mosques and churches, across India.
The bank has tied up with renowned temples such as Shreenathjee, Shirdi Sai Baba (Maharashtra), Guruvayur and Ayyappan temple (Kerala), Golden Temple (Punjab), Jagganath (Orissa), Baijnath, Chamunda and Badrinath (Uttarakhand), among others.
