AIBOC issued its circular No. 15 on the appointment of Mr.R.K. Shah as Officer-Director on the Board of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur. The same is reproduced here.

COM. R.K.SHAH NOMINATED AS OFFICER - DIRECTOR ON THE BOARD OF STATE BANK OF BIKANER AND JAIPUR 

We have pleasure in advising that Com. R.K.Shah, President of Associate Bank Officers’ Association – Unit: State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, our Affiliate, has been nominated as Officer-Director on the Board of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur from 15^th February 2010, the date of notification and for a period upto 31.10.2012.  The text of relative notification is furnished overleaf.

We congratulate Com. R.K.Shah on his induction into the Board of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur and wish him all the best in his new assignment.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (cb) of sub-section(1) of Section 25 read with sub-section (2A) of Section 26 of the State Bank of India (subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 (38 of 1959). The Central Government after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby nominates Shri R.K. Shah, Deputy Manager, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur as Officer Employee Director on the Board of Director of State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur from the date of notification and for a period up to 31.10.2012 i.e. the date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until he ceases to be an officer of the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur of until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
