CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA PAYS RS. 38.90 CRORE DIVIDEND TO GOVTERNMENT OF INDIA

Central Bank of India, one of the leading Public Sector Banks in the country has paid a Dividend of Rs.38.90 crore to the Government of India for the Financial Year 2009-10. Shri S. Sridhar, Chairman & Managing Director, Central Bank of India has handed over the Dividend Cheque of Rs.38.90 crore to Hon’ble Union Finance Minister Shri Pranab Mukherjee on 13/08/2010 at New Delhi. Shri Namo Narain Meena, Hon’ble Minister of State, Finance (E&FS) Govt. of India, Shri Ramnath Pradeep, Shri Arun Kaul, Executive Directors of the Bank and Dr. Shashank Saksena, Director, Dept. of Financial Services, Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance and other officials of the Bank were present on the occasion.
