The AI- POWER – “AIBOC – proactive organizational work enrichment and re appraisal programme” is a three day programme meant for the senior leadership of all the affiliates, as decided by the top leadership of AIBOC at Vagamon Conclave. They will, during the three days, dwell upon vital issues that the Vagamon Conclave’ has churned up, venture into a soul searching exercise and through brain storming and group efforts, come out with ways and means of implementing the same, thereby strengthening the roots of the organisations and opening up new vistas for future plan of action. The historic Vagamon Conclave defined the Vision, Mission and Value Statements of AIBOC. The declarations made from the misty heights of Vagamon, a hill station situated in Idukki Dist of Kerala, reverberated throughout the length and breadth of the country and as the vibrations sink deep into the comrades all over, inspiring them to carry the message further, the need to invoke an honest introspection among the second line leadership and to garner their views and creative ideas for implementation of the same was felt by the top leadership of AIBOC.
