The meeting has appreciated the services rendered by the Office Bearers who were transferred on promotion and placed it on record for their yeomen services to the Officers’ movement in the Bank.
Friends, the meeting has deliberated several issues of the Officers and expressed deep concern on the plight of officers. It has acknowledged the services of Officers who have been performing their duties by stretching their capabilities to the maximum extent only to ensure that our Bank progresses faster and reaches No. 1 position in the CENTENARY YEAR. The meeting has also appreciated the officers working in the branches without any assistance (single man branches) due to severe shortage of staff. However, it is irony to note that the management at times has been targeting the officers in the name of Non-Performance which only results in de-motivation to these officers.
After having thorough discussions, the meeting has unanimously passed several resolutions on the following issues.
1. Taking pledge to rededicate ourselves for progress of the Bank during the CENTENARY YEAR
2. Transferring of officers who have completed 58 years of age to their places of choice.
3. One time transfer of Scale-I Officers to their parent Regions who have been transferred due to implementation of six years policy
4. Conducting meetings and conferences by the management on Sundays/Holidays even after working throughout the week from 09.00 am to 09.00 pm
5. Transferring the Officers to their parent State on formation of separate Zone at Bangalore according to their choice.
We shall be apprising you of the developments in due course.
Friends, with all said and done, we have tremendous responsibilities on our shoulders to bear with to make the CENTENARY YEAR a grand success with mind-boggling results. We should be proud of being a CENTRALITE. Let us take a PLEDGE and REDEDICATE ourselves to give a marvelous gift to our beloved Institution by achieving the No. 1 position once again as the Institution has given every thing to us to live on.
Yours sincerely,
Sd/-

Sir,
This a welcoming decission. The demand for one time transfer of Scale-1 officers to their parent Region would really benifiit a lot of Scale-1 officers who were transfered from AP to otherstates on rotation or other wise. Transferring the Officers to their parent State on formation of separate Zone at Bangalore according to their choice should be acieved as with that all the officers who are transfered to Bangalore/HUbli on rotation would thus be able to comemback to AP otherwise they may have to wait for a long time for coming back to AP
