A national seminar on Skilling India’s Youth was organized by the American India Foundation (AIF), in collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NDSC) and Supported by the Central Bank of India. Speaking on the occasion at India Habitiate Centre, Delhi, Former President; Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, emphasizes the need of Skill Development to resolve the unemployment problem. He applauded the role of Central Bank of India.
On the occasion Shri R K Dubey, Executive Director of the Bank, stated that Central Bank of India have completed a long journey since its foundation in 1911 and now the time is for its Centennial Celebration. Bank is being engaged in no. of populist activities since its inception.
Central Bank of India.is having a big and pan India network. Bank is having development schemes in under developed area specially in UP & Bihar. Central Bank of India would provide all possible help to the students of poor families so that they should get employment oriented training. He also elaborated various steps taken by Central Bank of India for financing rickshaw pullers in many town in UP & Bihar.
