COM. RAKESH CHANDER JASRA NOMINATED AS OFFICER - DIRECTOR ON THE BOARD OF STATE BANK OF PATIALA 

We have pleasure in advising that Com. Rakesh Chander Jasra, President of Associate Bank Officers’ Association – Unit: State Bank of Patiala, our Affiliate, has been nominated as Officer-Director on the Board of State Bank of Patiala from 4^th February 2010, the date of notification and for a period upto 30.06.2012.  The text of relative notification is furnished overleaf.

We congratulate Com. Rakesh Chander Jasra on his induction into the Board of State Bank of Patiala and wish him all the best in his new assignment.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(cb) of sub-section(1) of Section 25 read with sub-section(2A) of Section 26 of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 (38 of 1959), the Central Government after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby nominates Shri. Rakesh Chandra Jasra Manager, Zonal Officer, New Delhi, as Officer Employee Director on the Board of Directors of State Bank of Patiala  from the date of notification and for a period up to 30/06/2012. I date of his attaining the age of superannuation or until he ceases to be an officer of the State Bank of Patiala or until further  orders, whichever is the earliest.
