Central Bank of India has won the prestigious GOLDEN PEACOCK HR EXCELLENCE AWARD’ for the year 2012 instituted by Institute of Directors (IoD), a non-profit professional Organization of high repute. This award has been bestowed on the Bank for achieving overall effectiveness in its HR and People Management practices, thereby contributing to the needs of the businesses, profession, employees, Industry and the Nation.

This Award which is the sixth in the Award tally of the Bank on HR Excellence, reflects and symbolizes the Bank’s intent towards unleashing people-oriented HR Policies, Practices and initiatives which in turn will have positive impact on business development.
