COM. C. RAJKUMAR   NOMINATED AS OFFICER – DIRECTOR ON THE BOARD OF STATE BANK OF TRAVANCORE 

We have pleasure in advising that Com.C. Rajkumar, President of State Bank of Travancore, ABOA Unit, our affiliate, has been nominated as Officer-Director on the Board of State Bank of Travancore from 1^st October 2010, the date of notification, for a period of three years.  The text of relative notification is furnished overleaf.

We congratulate Com.C. Rajkumar on his induction into the Board of State Bank of Travancore and wish him all the best in his new assignment.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(CB) of sub-section(1) of Section 25 read with sub –section (2A) of Section 26 of this State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 (38 of 1959), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby nominates Shri. C. Rajkumar (DOB: 31.07.1961), Chief Manager, Zonal Office Trivandrum, as Officer Employee Director on the Board of Directors of State Bank of  Travancore  for a period of three years from the date of notification or until he ceases to be an Officer of the State Bank of  Travancore or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
