4,000 officers belonging to the Federal Bank Officers
Association will go on an All India strike for two days from May 7 in
support of their demands.
Their demands include immediate revoking of punishment transfers, and stopping outsourcing, said the officials of the officers association.
Around 4,000 officers working in 1,000 offices of the bank will strike work on the two days and demonstrations will be held at all Town centres on May 7.
A dharna would be staged at the Head Office on May 8, Anthony Johnson, President and P V Mathew, Association general secretary said in a release.
