HISTORY CREATED- CBOA-AP UNIT’S BLOG ESTABLISHED ITS PRESENCE IN WEB WORD

You are aware that our Association has developed a BLOG at http://cboaapunit.blogspot.com, which was the first of its kind in our Bank, to have faster communication system apart from enlightening our members about the developments in the Bank as well as the Industry. We started our Blog on 8^th September 2009 to coincide with the occasion of conducting the Executive Committee Meeting of AICBOF at Hyderabad.  Sri D.S. Bhadauria, General Secretary, AICBOF inaugurated the Blog in the presence of Sri N.K. Pareek, President, AICBOF and Sri Y.S. Kumar, Treasurer, AICBOF, apart from other stalwarts of AICBOF.

When we launched the BLOG, many eyebrows were raised on successful running of the BLOG and updating it on regular basis apart from its existence in the long run. But our dedicated Editorial Staff and Office Bearers proved all those critics wrong and established the presence of our BLOG felt not only in our Bank but also in the entire Banking Industry. The increasing traffic to our BLOG stands as testimony to this achievement.  It is quite unbelievable to note that our BLOG has recorded visits of more than 10000 in around 200 days of its existence, which is unheard of in the history of our bank and also in the Banking Industry.

Friends, we started the Blog only with an intention to enable our members and other Centralites in Andhra Pradesh to have upto date information at a faster pace. Apart from that, we had only one intention that the Blog should be maintained with regular updates so that the visitors have the authentic first hand information on Banking and other related matters.

The stupendous success of our BLOG and recording a number of more than 10000 visitors in around 200 days, has been giving enough confidence and pride to our Editorial Staff/Office Bearers that our Regional Unit is no smaller than the major Bank level trade union representative bodies functioning on the Web World. We are proud because of the fact that none of our Editorial Staff/Office Bearers are working at a single place and have been scattered all over the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Friends, the success purely belongs to our dedicated Editorial Staff and Office Bearers who have been making their determined efforts in providing the updated information and putting their late night efforts in updating the BLOG. Kudos to them as they have been continuing their dedicated efforts for the sake of our Association, which has been targeted by the management sponsored trade union activities.

The success of our Blog has put an enormous responsibility on the shoulders of our Editorial Staff and Office Bearers to meet the challenging needs of the visitors. We shall be putting our sincere and dedicated efforts in running the BLOG successfully and reaching the aspirations of our members and other Centralites.
