We have
pleasure in advising that Com.Mohan Lal Gupta, General Secretary, Dena Bank
Officers’ Federation our affiliate and Senior Manager of Dena Bank has been nominated
as Officer-Director on the Board of Dena Bank for a period of three years from
1st January, 2013; the date of notification. The text of relative notification
is furnished overleaf.
We
congratulate Com.Mohan Lal Gupta on his induction into the Board of Dena Bank
and wish him all the best in his new assignment.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of
the powers conferred by clause(f) of sub-section(3) of Section 9 of the Banking
Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with
sub-clause (1) & (2) of clause 9 of the Nationalised Banks (Management
& Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980, the Central Government after
consultation with the Reserve Bank of India, hereby appoints Shri. Mohan Lal
Gupta, (DOB: 01.12.1956), Senior Manager, Dena Bank, as Officer Employee
Director on the Board of Directors of Dena Bank for a period of three years
from the date of notification of his appointment or until he ceases to be an
officer of the Dena Bank or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.
