The Economic Times has been conducting Brand Equity's Most Trusted Brands Survey every year for more than a decade.
The Brand Equity Survey aims at identifying the brands that have won that most special attribute - the consumer's trust. Conducted by the Nielsen Company, the Survey is the largest of its kind in India, with a design sample of 8160 distributed across socio-economic classifications, age, income and geography.
The Economic Times has published the Most Trusted Brands in India in its report "Brand Equity - Most Trusted Brands 2012" on 7th November 2012.
We are proud to say that Central Bank of India has been ranked as 4th Best Public Sector Bank in India and 14th under "India's Most Trusted Service Brands" category.
Salute to all Centralites for their dedicated customer service which made it possible and got ranking above peer banks in terms of trust and service.
