The following are gist of written feed back from the participants on the Conclave:
“Such Conclave of General Secretaries and Presidents should be held biannually, so that we introspect the areas which we have done well and short comings……..”
“Conclave should be held for second line functionaries of affiliate units, Secretaries of State Units separately. We may organise such programme for new generation members to know their expectations from the organisation”.
“The Conclave provided good opportunity to all the participants to discuss and share their ideas and opinions freely and frankly to arrive at Common approach to functioning of the Confederation”.
“I find it useful to design similar programme in our organisation”.
“Conclave has achieved its goals to a large extent. The time available was not sufficient to cover all issues……”
“Excellent Venue and arrangements… we thank the Confederation…….”
“Topics are exhaustive…… affiliate wise functioning, experience, strength etc could have been discussed elaborately……”
“More focus should be given on mobilisation of membership, update of knowledge, important developments in financial sector in India and abroad…..”
“Some more discussions needed on strengthening of State/Dist. Units, as they are back bone in organisational set up and link between grass root level members and leaders……”.
“Follow-up actions at all levels are required to make use of the decisions….”.
“Issues concerning new recruits, women officers and retired officers should be addressed exclusively….”
“New approach – such assessment is possible later – But very good attempt to change the mindset….”.
“It is not exhaustive and can be attempted for longer duration, subject wise ……..”.
“We shall do the same exercise with support of “NATURE” and Central Office….”
“It is a good beginning and achieved to certain extant the desired goals, strengthening bondage amongst participants, opportunity to express freely and frankly and narrowing down the differences….”
We are indebted to the free and frank feed back received from the participants on the first ever “Conclave” and as life is a continuous process of learning from the experiences, we shall try sincerely to further improve it, when we take up such activity next time.
With greetings,
Sd/-
