WAGE REVISION TALKS WITH
IBA
We
understand the IBA is deciding to hold next round of talks on 12th
Aug, 2013 at Mumbai with the representatives of Officer Association/Workmen
unions, about the wage revision in Banks. The collection of data from the Banks
has also been completed and hence there should be no difficulty in the
commencement of ground work in the matter of salary structure and other related
components.
Let
us hope for the meaningful dialogue, so that the entire exercise of salary
negotiations concluded in good time.
