QBR of Commonwealth Games 2010 visited Parliament Street Branch of Central Bank of India on the Gandhi Jayanti i.e. 02nd October, 2010. The Baton was given warm welcome and was received by Shri R K Dubey, Executive Director, Mrs Sheela Gautam, Ex-MP, Shri Manoj Gaur, Executive Chairman, JP Associates, Dr. Shashank Saksena, Shri Ramesh Sabharwal, Shri M S Johar, Maj Ved Prakash Directors of the Bank & Shri B N S Ratnakar, General Manager of Delhi Zone alongwith staff of Delhi Zone of the Bank which is Official Banking Partner of the Commonwealth Games 2010.
All the staff and the officials moved around the Branch alongwith Baton. On this occasion Bank has invited its elite customers, Government officials, former players. The staff of the Bank has beautifully decorated the premises to mark the occasion. There were lot of enthusiasm, jubilation and emotion about the visit of the QBR and staff was dancing on the tune of Theme Song of CWG 2010.
On this occasion Shri R K Dubey, Executive Director of the Bank and all the Directors of the Bank assured the gathering that Bank will provide every Banking support to the players & officials and also wish for the grand success of this sporting event.
